"Sizing is seriously all over the place!!"
I ordered the same size more than once, and each one fit completely differently!! It’s frustrating because you never really know what you’re going to get.

"Shipping cost popped up way too late"
I was browsing during my lunch break and had already spent a while picking out a couple things I liked. Everything seemed fine until I got to checkout and suddenly the shipping cost showed up. It made the total higher than I expected, and it felt a little misleading. I ended up just closing the site instead of ordering

"Sizing felt nothing like promised"
I ordered my usual size from Hazel and Olive because the size chart made it seem like the fit would be straightforward, but it wasn’t even close. The top was tight in one weird spot and loose in another, so it felt like it was cut wrong or just not made consistently.

I was really annoyed because I was excited to wear it, and it definitely didn’t match the whole “true to size” idea they seem to promise. Maybe it works for some people, but for me the sizing was way off, and I don’t think I’d risk ordering again

"Felt stuck waiting forever"
The shipping was way too slow. I kept checking for updates and felt kind of trapped because I couldn’t really do anything except wait. It took much longer than I expected.

"Not really what I expected"
Yeah, this looked way different from the description. Like, not just a little off, it really didn’t match what I thought I was getting. It also felt kind of cheap once I had it in hand, so overall I was disappointed.

"Only Available When It Feels Like It"
It seems like this is always out of stock. Every time I actually want to buy it, it’s unavailable, so it kind of feels like it only works when it wants to. Frustrating.

"The color was nothing like I expected"
I ordered the beige thinking it would be a nice neutral shade, but when it arrived it looked so much more orange. It kind of made me feel stuck with something I didn’t really want, since it didn’t match what I bought it for at all.

"Inbox got flooded quickly"
I actually enjoyed browsing the site, but the emails started coming in nonstop after that. Felt a bit like they were more interested in filling my inbox than letting me shop at my own pace. I ended up unsubscribing fast

"I returned my order thinking the refund would..."
I returned my order thinking the refund would be straightforward, but it took way longer than it should have. I had to keep sending emails just to get basic updates, and every time it felt like nobody really knew what was happening. Like, make it make sense. I did eventually get my money back, but the whole process was frustrating enough that I’m not exactly excited to shop here again.

"Exchange took way too long"
I tried to exchange my order, and it ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. I get that exchanges can take a little time, especially with shipping and processing and all that, but this dragged on for so long that it just became frustrating. I kept waiting for updates and felt like I had to stay on top of it more than I should have. By the time everything was finally sorted out, I was kind of over it. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Communication was confusing"
The whole communication part was more confusing than it needed to be. I kept asking the same basic questions, and the replies didn’t really answer them clearly, so I was just kind of stuck going in circles. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I was trying to sort it out while making coffee and dealing with my dog barking at absolutely nothing, so it got frustrating fast. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they get better at explaining things upfront.

"Cute stuff but Way too pricey"
They do have some cute things, not gonna lie, but the prices felt way too high for what you actually get. i was expecting better quality for the money, so it was kinda disappointing.

"Tracking was a total headache"
I placed my order and then the tracking basically just sat there doing nothing for days. I had no clue where my package was or if it was even moving, so I kept having to check it myself over and over. it got really annoying fast. I get that delays happen, but not having any real updates is super frustrating. Not sure I’d order from here again after this.

"Support kept changing the goalposts and then disappeared"
I reached out twice about my order and never got a straight answer. First it sounded like I just needed to wait a little longer, then it was something else, and it felt like they kept moving the goalposts instead of actually helping. Super frustrating. Customer service basically felt nonexistent.

I couldn’t figure out the return rules, and it made the whole ordering process way more stressful than it needed to be. There was just too much unclear information, and after waiting around for answers, I got frustrated. "Cool items maybe, but the site was frustrating"
I tried shopping on hazelandolive and got irritated quickly. The pages felt slow in that way where you’re not sure if you should wait or click again, and a few product photos loaded half-broken at first, which made everything feel a little clunky. Even the menu bothered me, I kept noticing how many extra clicks it took just to get to basic categories, and the spacing/layout felt kind of all over the place. Checkout was the part that really made me give up. My cart updated weirdly, like items or totals weren’t refreshing the way I expected, so I ended up going back and forth more than once just to double-check what was actually in there. Maybe the clothes are cute in person, but the website experience made me not want to finish the order.

My order showed up and it wasn’t right, one of the items wasn’t the thing I picked and the size was wrong too so it was frustrating because I was waiting for what I actually ordered and then had to deal with this instead. It was my first time ordering from hazelandolive.com and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Disappointed This Time Around"
I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, so I was bummed when my order showed up with the box completely crushed. Some of the clothes had gotten dirty because of it, which was frustrating. I still really like the brand and have had good experiences before, but this delivery definitely made me hesitate a bit.

"Pics were way off"
The photos really didn’t match what showed up. The color looked different in person and the fit just felt kinda off compared to the pics. I was bummed i thought it was gonna look the same.
